BIRTHFIT is an empowered, educated state, specifically childbirth that is achieved through an evolved practice in fitness, nutrition, chiropractic, and mindset.

I’m so excited to offer BIRTHFIT series here in San Diego. BIRTHFIT is a movement. There’s really nothing out there quite like it. We place huge importance on being active, nourishing your body with healthy foods, mindset, and chiropractic care and seek to educate and empower you through your journey. Whether you are a boxer, yogi, cross fitter, runner, or don’t have a regular workout routine BIRTHFIT will guide you throughout your pregnancy and postpartum in a new way. Being apart of BIRTHFIT means leading a healthy active lifestyle and I look forward to supporting you through your pregnancy and postpartum.

The next Postpartum Series begins January 3-26th. Tuesdays & Thursdays 10-11am at 3355 4th Avenue 

Before you head out for that run, or start heavy lifting in Cross Fit again come hang out with BIRTHFIT for an 8 class, 4 week series to re-establish your core and wake up your posterior chain. This series will encourage continued healing after birth and set up a solid foundation for getting back into your workout routine.
